thai love words

What do these thai words mean? – They’re not written in thai symbols..?

Puan love, koh hua roh wai korn bang ti aad ja rong hai ork ma

What does it mean? Thank you.

Friend love,
koh is a way of beginning a question I think.
hua means head
wai nahm mean swim, but I’m not sure what wai by itself means.
the ma at the end means come I think.

I’m from California. I only lived in Chaing Mai for a few years. It’s been a long time and I’ve forgotten a lot.
